If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or with your consent, we can provide an alternative plant of equal value.
2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. Plantgems is not liable for AusPost or other courier being not able to access drop off location, Plantgems may or may not assist with collection or re-delivery of item - ensure correct address and access to drop off location is provided. Email us if you have any concern or extra shipping details.
3. Delivery Time Plants are delicate and we take utmost care in delivering them to you. Once you place your order, your indoor plant will be shipped via express post, primarily utilizing express courier services and Australia Post.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. The shipping charges range from $15 - $40 depending on the product weight. We will inform you of the shipping costs at checkout, prior to confirming your order. Non-refundable.
5. Packing We understand the delicate nature of indoor plants. Every product is packed securely to ensure your plant arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is specially designed for the safe transportation of plants, minimizing the risk of damage.
6. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@plantgems.com.au. If the plant is damaged or stressed due to transportation, we will replace or refund the plant for you. A photo is required.
