Standard Processing and Shipping Timelines

What are your shipping rates?

We keep it simple: Shipping is a flat rate of $30 AUD for all orders, no matter how big your indoor jungle gets.

When can I expect my order to ship?

We take a little time to make sure your plants are prepped, watered, and ready for their journey.

  • Processing: Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–6 business days.
  • Delivery: Once your green mates are on the road (or in the air), they usually take 3–10 business days to arrive at your door, depending on where you are in Australia.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our nursery so you can stalk the postie.

Note: We carry an assortment of pots and accessories from independent Aussie makers who share our vibe. These products may ship directly from the artisan and might arrive on a slightly different timeline (usually 3–10 business days).

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT, and South Australia.

Important: Due to strict state biosecurity regulations, we are currently unable to ship live plants to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory. We know it’s a bummer, and we’re working on it!

Can I get same-day delivery?

We do not currently offer same-day delivery for online orders. Good things take time (and proper packing)!

If I order more than one plant will they ship separately?

Sometimes! To keep your plants safe, we might pack them into separate boxes. If you ordered a large plant and a heavy ceramic pot, they will often travel separately so the pot doesn't crush the plant.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package so you can keep an eye on them.
  • Third-Party Items: If you ordered a handmade item from one of our partner makers, it will ship directly from them. You might not get a tracking link for these specific items, but our Customer Happiness team is always here if you need an update.

What if I need to change my order?

We move fast in the packing shed! If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately. We can’t promise we can catch it in time, but we’ll give it a red-hot go.

Why does my plant look different from the website?

Nature isn't a factory! Live plants are unique individuals, just like us. There will always be natural variations in colour, texture, height, and leaf shape. While we do our very best to photograph our plants accurately, the plant you receive will be one-of-a-kind.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

We guarantee your plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition. If they’ve had a rough trip, we will replace them for free as part of our 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee.

  • How to fix it: Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage (this helps us improve our packaging!). We’ll get a replacement on its way to you ASAP.
