We offer a flat $20 shipping cost for all orders. This allows you to add as much plants as you need at no extra shipping cost.

No, Plantgems does not offer delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, and Parcel Lockers. Please provide us physical address as some of our boxes are large and may not be suitable for PO Box.

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! Standard shipping orders are processed in 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2-10 business days. Some items may ship separately from different locations, so your order might arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking info. Please note, once your package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our control.

We are based in Queensland, Australia. All our plant stock are grown, packed and sent from nursery in Queensland. We currently ship within Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australia Capital Teritory. We do not ship to restricted states, or Tasmania. We are not open to public access all order must be made online.

We guarantee your plants will arrive healthy and happy! If not, we’ll send a replacement for free within 30 days. Just contact us with photos of the damage, and we’ll get a new shipment out to you.
